To join our Breakaways service your cared for person needs to:


* Live with you in London Borough of Sutton


* Be 18 or over


Breakaways is funded by London Borough of Sutton Carers grant and contributions from the group.


We offer a selection of dates every few months - you choose the dates you would like and we then allocate placements as fairly as possible.
