Sutton Mencap is a local charity which works to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their carers in the London Borough of Sutton.

We provide play, leisure and learning opportunities both at our base in Wallington and in the wider community. Our services include after-school, Saturday and holiday clubs for children and young people. We also provide a wide variety of group-based activities for adults. 

Sutton Mencap is an independent local charity, affiliated to the Royal Mencap Society.

Annual Health Check Survey

Sutton Mencap is working with the Learning Disability Health Action Group to find out more about people’s experiences of Annual Health Checks.

The aim of the survey is to look at how well annual health checks are being carried out and whether there are any areas that we can recommend for improvement. You can complete this survey yourself, or get someone who knows you well to complete it with you. The survey closes on Tuesday 31st March
